You are a fool.
ShameOwoda:
Let me say rest in peace to him.

It is really sad to observe young men like this guy die at the hands of virgin seekers.

However, I am pained that the Nigerian Army went about shooting unarmed protesters in the east just for daring to ask for their right.

It is funny how these same soldiers that appear like voltron when it comes to shooting unarmed civilians suddenly throw away their rusty AK7 riffles, abandon their battle positions and flee into the nearest rivers just to escape from boko haram not minding weather they drown or not.

What a shame.

You would have been saved the stress of lamenting if you have scrolled pass this topic on front page.
Whether you like it or not they are heroes, if you are interested to be called one go and join the Nigerian Army. You sleep when you want, browse anyhow peacefully in the comfort of your home and you don't appreciate the efforts of some people giving you that opportunity and you are lamenting. Don't you know the wives and children of thesw Soldiers are feeling what you feel in this recession and still their husbands and fathers are risking their lives for us all.

The next time you hear them called Heroes go and jump in the Lagoon or hug the nearest Transformer.

Ingrate.

Rest in peace. Our leaders are wasting away our youths in a war that was intentionally created by making Nigeria ungovernable, we can now see the dimension in which that careless statement has taken. Nigerians and maddness for position. Our Government/Buratai rather mobilise against Boko Haram in defence for soldiers, they mobilised against Niger Delta becos of their ATM, OIL.

Why is that our soldiers re falling every day ?why ?...may ur soul nd dat of Ali rest in peace

(1)The mercenaries that were helping push Boko have been asked to leave by Buhari. They came with their own sophisticated weapons & knew how to fight at night, thereby surprising Boko.

(2) No new weapons have been bought. Those delivered around two years ago are either fast wearing out or new parts not delivered.

(3) We have only one proper tank brigade, that of T-72 or so, led by late Lt. Col. Mohammed, just buried a few days back. Because the tanks were so effective, he has been moved from place to place to push areas of high Boko activities. Meaning, he would have to leave some jobs unfinished and move on. So Boko has time to regroup again. Why was no other brigade set up with similar T-72 like the late Col.'s over the past 18 months?
(4) Co-operation with neighbouring countries has gone down. Pushing Boko from all sides was crucial previously. But why not anymore? I do not know.

(5) The war terrain is fairly dry now. So Boko boys can move more swiftly to hit our soldiers and disappear since they understand the terrain better.
The above are facts confirmed by soldiers at the front.

Now my conspiracy theory in addition is that the senior Boko boys released weeks back in exchange for Chibok girls probably have some intel about our armed forces leaked to them in detention. They have sympathisers within the ranks of our security services. Even America said that before. They seemed to have taken the intel back to re-enforce and harm our gallant officers.

In a sense yes. They died not just for themselves, but for you to have the freedom to move around freely and comfortably make posts like this from wherever you are. War is no jokes mister, maybe if you were in North Korea where it's compulsory to do military service you might understand better.

That was cold and heartless. They are dying fighting for us, the least we can do is empathize with their families and not spew out this kind of insensitive comments.

APC through Lie Mohammed politicized the Boko Haram issue, unfortunately they are now in power and yet clueless on how to address the issue.

Buhary promised just 2 months to defeat the terrorist, yet no sign of victory despite moving the military command to Maiduguri.

Shall we keep quite and continue to lose our brave men daily to a needless internal war ?

Shall we continue to look away when our soldiers are been killed daily by a set of blood thirsty vampires brought about through the fallout of brainless jihadi ideology and lack of formal education?

It's high time Buhary resigned and give room to a competent hand to rule this country. angry

Some of you re very naive judging by the questions you ask. You don't expect a soldier who is battling an enemy not to kill or get killed. That is why you sign a document while joining. It stated the occupational risk. Before boko haram would ve killed 10 soldiers, their own casualties would ve been in thousands. No one celebrates the death of a riff raff
