He didn't demolish any establishment because he has been part of the establishment for a very long time. What made Trump won was getting to the sensitive side of white americans especially the uneducated rednecks and hillbillies. He came out to preach white supremacy and taking back america from the hands of immigrants and non-white. A typical white american especially the non-college educated can't wrap their heads round a black man with middle name Hussein being their president for 8 years. They wanted someone that will assure them that they still matter and america is still a white men country, Trump understand that message and he ran with it.
