common sense indeed!!haha like you have it in you....

Like I said before, that fine was a small change comparing to the profit MTN is making in a country where nothin works,if there was nothing for them to gain they would have paid that ridiculous fine and left Nigeria, but nooo!! MTN will milk the cow until there ain't no milk cheesy
You realise this is Nigeria, with 56 million mtn subscribers ryt?
Mtn got more Nigerian subscribers than the entire sa's population. It's gonna take a great while for the milk to finish.

HIV/AIDS in South Africa is a prominent health concern; South Africa is believed to have more people with HIV/AIDS than any other country in the world.
The 2007 UNAIDS report estimated that 5,700,000 South Africans had HIV/AIDS, or just under 12% of South Africa's population of 48 million. [1] In the adult population the rate is 18.5%. [2] The number of infected is larger than in any other single country in the world. The other top five countries with the highest HIV/AIDS prevalence are all neighbours of South Africa.

the question is 'do south africans trade hiv with their neighbours'

2007 stats in 2016.

Atleast SA has stopped to stigmatize infected people. Now go get your facts correct because u are second on the list in Africa.

I've been down this road with some of you naaiers here go ask @Evarn, so believe me playing the "link game" has never ended good for both our sides. I will suggest you go educate yourself on the good SA has done regarding hiv and where Nigeria can actually learn from SA instead. The bottom line is hiv rates/deaths has stabilized and hiv is on its way out in SA judging by current government policies, regarding prevention and treatment. Now can the same be said about Nigeria.

Now this used to be a nice military thread where I used to come and express my love/hate relations towards my nigerian friends, and vent my disapproval towards your useless military.

Let's get back to senseless military bashing folks.

While SAN subs is holding real drills and war games with Type 45 destroyers you are here dreaming of a 3rd world useless J-17 that no one wants shame.

Come back when your NAN can boast of doing real submarine warfare with the worlds best and still come out on top.

Nigeria was blocked by the US from acquiring the A-29 Super Tucano light attack aircraft from Brazil

A Presidency source said on Saturday that Nigeria and Brazil were almost striking a deal on the acquisition of the light attack aircraft when the US,which produced the aircraft, prevented the deal

Nonsense,we dont need american weapons that are sure to be structurally mutilated and tame when delivered anyway. The tucano is not even that capable. embarassed embarassed
Our defense guys will definitely go for the Yak or super mushkak as trainer/ground attack aircraft and JF-17 as 4th generation aerial superiority aircraft in medium term.

Perhaps the concept does not exist in kuvuki land where you dwell, but here in Nigeria, their is something called "comprehension": if you had read that bolded statement very thoroughly, you'd have noticed the word "had"....the military HAD sought to replace our A-jets with tucanos, but they were allegedly blocked by the US(Note: this is simply an uncertain media report, the DHQ has not said anything yet).

We will simply go for the mushkak.

Always shifting the goalpost like a weasel.

Between Pakistan and Brazil, which is more faster and independent in arms transaction; I'd put my bet on the east(pakistan).

BH will be totally defeated very soon, with or without US weapons.

Now lets talk, you and I,lets talk about how HIV is now almost airborne in SA( grin grin ),even your military(especially SANDF) has to be the most HIV ridden armed force on the planet. embarassed embarassed
