@all I Used an agent but i knw d use of agents is not supported on travel section. i am simply looking 4 someone who can give a head up on living n working in Oman.

to find pple in oman may be difficult since its not a common destination. buh u can continue once u trust the agent and also hav u confirmed the authentication of the visa.

There are a lot of Nigerians there, I like the country even I want to put in, but a friend told me that , I must assure that I get direct employment ( working visa) before I travel down, and there currency Omani rial is one the currency that strong against naira, 1 omani rial = 819 naira, av sent u p.m wanna ask you something personal..

I got also employment visa to Oman . I tried to call Royal Oman police to confirm the visa, those guys speaks Arabic to me. Though I have confirmed that with Ethihad Airline.

It is a 2 years work permit visa. It is through an agent. Though, what I discussed with him was UAE work permit but surprisingly, he did Oman Work permit visa which is better of UAE I discussed with him. I forwarded my CV in UAE CV format, a copy of international passport and passport photography of myself.

Just let us be careful about those agents out there. Inasmuch as the mods does not approve of the use of agents. When we do so, like someone said to me.....Be Smart about it....dont loose guards and always ask questions.

When are you traveling. I am in saudi and Oman is close by but I beg u, confirm your visa ooo! Many people have been tricked only to get stuck here with odd jobs, some beaten, while women sexslavedd, some starved, some no pay.....I am not Tryingna make you scared, just telling you what I hear and see! Most of us professionals are a bit lucky cos we are employed by the govt.

But the whole arab zone is something else!! If your job is confirmed ed, na correct pay for you! Confirm your visa online and confirm the job!!

Make e nor be say them tell you sey ur job na Sales man but when u reach, e come be house boy.
Who nor go nor know!
