Feed for broiler is very subjective, but I will just give an Ideal moderate formula

Broiler Starter

Maize 580kg

Soy Meal 290kg

Full fat 30kg

Fish Meal 10kg

Wheat Offal 25kg

lime stone 27kg

Bone meal 25kg

Methionine 2kg

lysin 2kg

premix 2.5kg

Salt 2.5kg

Toxin binder 1kg

If u re including fibrous agric by products like wheat bran. Maize offals or rice offals mke sure u add enzymes to improve digestibility...e.g maxigrain, allozyme etc..theyre veri cheap less than 1k per 100g wch cud b used for 1tonne feed

I have shared this before so I think re-sharing it will be of help to someone.

Maize=44Kg
Soybean Full Fat=34Kg
Groundnut Cake=2kg
Brewer Dry Grain=12Kg
Maize Offal=4kg
Bone Meal=3Kg
Methionine=0.25Kg
Lysine=0.25Kg
Vitamin/Mineral Premix=0.25kg
Salt=0.25Kg

The above feed formula contain (ME Kcal/Kg=3038.80), (CP=21.05%), (Cal=1.19%), (CF=3.60)If you measure everything above and mix it will give you 100Kg of feed which is four bags of feed 25Kg each.If you want to compound let us say 30Kg of feed what you have to do is just use this simple mathematical formula for each of the ingredientsMaize= 30/100 multiply the value of maize in the formula which is 44 and you will get 13.2Kg,For Soybean full fat=30/100 multiply the valueof Soybean full fat in the formula which is 34 and you will get 10.2Kg.You will continue with the calculation for all the ingredients for Methionine, Lysine, Vitamin/Mineral Premix and Salt which has a value of 0.25Kg you will say 30/100 multiply the value in the formula which is 0.25 and you will get (0.075).Thanks and I wish you a successful farming feel free to ask your question I will try my best to answer you as soon as possible.

No it's a different one this type of groundnut cake oil has been extracted and it can be gotten from the North especially Kaduna.

This is a good combination.

As a livestock feed producer, did you check if that formulation result into that C.P as required by the livestock?
Resulting into that C. P is highly necessary for proper and adequate growth of such animal.

The compounded feed issaid to contain CP 16.79 CF 4.13, Calcium 2.61 MET ENER 2,811etc for #4,625 naira. The commercial feed equivalent (topfeeds) is #7,280 naira
