In Ebonyi state, we were asked to submit ours to fcsc Secretariat and i got the info after the site had closed and no way to print. I really want to know if offline submission is part of the process. Any help?

No such thing my dear. All applications were done online till 13/11/2016 as the deadline.

I gave up on submitting my application after it kept redirecting me to a blank page. However, I got this mail about a week or 2 ago

" Below is(are) listed application(s) you have submitted: FCSC-2016-060702-0000598"
When i logged in to try and edit ,all i got was "we are currently updating application numbers blah blah"....So I'm not even sure of my application again.
Anyhow I'll be hoping for d best
