Godisfaithful: I share your sentiments...PMB with his defiance nature will definitely not approve of CBN embracing full devaluation. I just hope it won't get worse than this before he realizes his mistake. |

stokfrick: After much phone calls and frustrations by leadcapital, I was able to get it. I have never seen such wickedness! Why didnt u go for the direct settlement with cscs ? Does leadcapital offer Real time live trade or you have to send mandate via online Chanel? And the fee for buy and sale? @Intendy Can you recommend any brokerage that offer service similar to morgancapital? |

Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ExLaidback: 9:54am On Nov 18, 2016 |
fxuser: I believe the ASI will break through 24000 sometime between now and Jan IF the present economic climate (attack on pipelines, no FX devaluation, sub $50/barrel crude price) continues. So in the interim focus is on deciphering stocks likely to outperform that trend |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ExLaidback: 9:58am On Nov 18, 2016 |
Meanwhile I did small analysis on Diamondbnk recently and it seems too early to purchase as they are likely to post a loss by the end of this year if care is not taken. So their price might still fall far below what it is now before finding support 1 Like |

stokfrick: Oga, leadcapital also use DIRECT CASH SETTLEMENT. They also send emails to all their client with the forms attached. And settlements is T+3. How will the Brokers' discounts to clients be handled? The broker will receive full Brokerage commission (currently 1.35%) and settle their client accounts with respect to any other additional discounts agreed with the client at T+3. |

Index - needs support at this 25,600 level - RSI don dey reach 14 - macd remains below signal line (still bearish) - market was here on the 04 - 12 May before breaking out - if no support , next stop 24,700 before 23,900 - cheap can be much cheaper #nawa oh |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by ExLaidback: 10:51am On Nov 18, 2016 |
pluto09: I won't rule anything out cos in business world nothing is impossible. But their predicament is caused primarily by FX troubles and devaluation not foolish spending like Skye (they have some huge liabilities denominated in dollars but they can reduce their exposure by FX swaps) . So ordinarily I think they are more likely to recover faster than Skye even if they post loss now. Just my opinion though |
Re: Nigerian Stock Exchange Market Pick Alerts by angelo82: 10:59am On Nov 18, 2016 |
ExLaidback: Diamond is as reckless as skye and they may go the way of skye at last. The good thing is skye has already declared loss but Diamond is still struggling with the situation but to get out of the wood they will also declare loss at a point. |
