THOSE FOR WHOM THE SIGNING OF FINAL GRADUATED STUDENTS’ CLEARANCE FORMS IS REFUSED AT BURSARY, STUDENT AFFAIRS AND ACADEMIC AFFAIRS OFFICES
Your final clearance forms are not signed due to:
REASONS.
a. The affected students might have passed all courses required and cleared at the departments and by the faculties, the Committee of Provost and Deans (COP &) might also have considered the moderated results; BUT the University Senate would NOT have received, seen and approved the results as at NOW (when academic activities are skeletal).

b. The affected students whose results are yet to be approved by Senate are therefore YET to be finally cleared and their data will NOT be in the Academic Affairs Office’s Data Bank for preparation of statement of results (SOR).
c. But, you were mobilized for NYSC Exercise just in anticipation that processes would have been completed; based on available evidence of Departments’ clearance.

SOLUTION.
The affected persons have to wait till Senate approves results on School’s resumption for them to be finally cleared. They would also have to wait for the NEXT Batch of NYSC mobilisation (at the next available opportunity).

The affected however, are advised to scan the print-out copies of their levels results (100 to 500) collected from the departments. Attach the scanned copies to an e-mail, to be sent to their fellows; friends/colleagues/relations who are residing in Ogbomoso. The fellows are to assist to download the attachments, open and print them, and bring for submission at the Security Post of the University Main Gate. The fellow submitting will be given a Submission Register, to be filled as appropriate.
