2 White T Shirts.
2 Blue PT Shorts.
1 Pair of White Canvas Shoe
3 Pairs of White Socks

I imagine they mean native wear from whatever region you're from. Or maybe just simple 2 piece attire in Ankara or local materials.

Just my thoughts.
