For those asking about the price of type c cable, my advice is dat u should check ur charging port. The cable is very durable. I av one for sale sha.

the only problem of this phone is charging problem. The charging port of the phone is not durable at all.

after changing the port at gionee office, the phone is now charging as usual.superfast.

My phone does not charge well again, takes ages to charge 12-15% after charging for 8hrs etc, got one cord but once i on the phone it rather than charge, it decreases..any advice please, its really frustrating

most of these problems are related to charging port defect. once its replaced the charging would resume to its normal stage .

Why not try flashing the Rom.
Just Download Gionee Splus Stock Rom it should port you to the Indian ROM.
