I think aliexpress won't ask for a means of identification if your account is old. I remember trying to help someone pay on her new account with my dollar card, the payment was cancelled and she was asked to provide means of identification. The other old account I paid for didn't have such issues.

Please help. I have been trying to upgrade my phone: redmi 3 to miui8 but all to no avail. Haven't received ota since i go the fone. Downloaded the miui8 rom for redmi3 and followed the installation instruction. Yet no show. Is there a way i can do that. Attached is a copy of my phone info
