it all depend on how both of you concluded. The sale can be handled privately or publicly but public sale ie @ a marketplace is more secured. Once an enduset is interested in your domain, give him the link of where you listed the domain for sale and transaction will be closed from the marketplace. They will act as escrow/ third party.

On how to transfer a domain, once your domain is sold you will be notified from the marketplace with a congratulatory message after which they will ask you to transfer the domain to them before payment. Yes you will be paid immediately after transfer. To do this, login to your domain account (where you registered the domain) click on manage domains or domain manager and click on that particular domain. In the next table, first unlock the domain, then scroll down and look for where they wrote domain authentication code. Request for it and it will be forwarded to your e-mail address. That's all. Forward the code to the marketplace where the domain is sold . transfer request will be initiated by them which will be concluded within 3 to five days after which you will be paid. To get paid use exchanger's services as I wrote in the Early chapters. If you have challenge going any of this, you can contact me directly by mail.

aim for higher CPC if you want to go for parking. The higher CPC the better but the lower traffic ranking the better. On the selling side, keyword need to be considered not just the CPC.

Good! But in addition to the above, if you listed the domain/s for BIN, your domain will be transfer to the buyer instantly before you are aware of it. And you will be inforned by the marketplace of the sales and direct you to the link where you can arrange for your payment on their website.

The truth is that most good domain names have been taken. ... They have all gone. For example all 3letter domains names has been taken. You can form it and confirm. The only avenue to target is expired domain names. And what is expired domain name again? These are domains that the original owners fail to renew. every domain has an expiry date. The maximum you can register a domain is 10 yr which the minimum is just 1 yr. Now if the original owner fail to renew it after the year duration, some grace period will be given after the domain will be dropped and become available for anyone to re- register and it's legal.

Now this is quite easy and anybody with the right information and tools can do it and have a wonderful result. This is from my personal experience and not a hear say. Now this is richly profitable but just like any other business it has some basic strategies and ways to do it in order to get decent result.

1) not the same thing for you to list your domain for sale you have to list it for sale on a marketplace

2) some marketplace doesn't charge you a kobo to list with them eg flippa classified listing, sedo, afternic, you will only be charge some percentage after sales

If the said domain is available you can register it at any registrar

There are alot of website in regards to expired domains eg domcop, freshdrop, dropping etc as for me i prefer expireddomains

Great observation however not all marketplaces supports this. For example undeveloped and some other new Marketplaces requires the transfer to be done by the domain owner.

deleted domain is one that has not only expired, but is now available for anybody to simply re-register like it was a new domain. Instead of buying at auction, you simply pay the registration fee. However, most good domains hardly get deleted because someone buys them during the expiration phase. So finding good deleted domains is not easy to come by as it takes a lot of work. IF you can find a good deleted domain, then quickly grab it. But more likely than not you'll have to buy an expired domain and pay something.

No! You only pay to the auction house if you are buying expired domains. If you are registering a new domain, you pay only registration fee to the registrar. Sefini!
