Please i would like to know the easiest place to live in Lagos if working on the island. Like a 2 bedroom flat. with budget of 600k/Year.

Somewhere i wont spend my life time on traffic and also safe. I just want to be able to go to work and come back when its still bright in the day.

Please suggest areas to me i can check that is within my budget ..

Gbagada, Ogudu, Yaba, Surulere... You will get fair rent in those areas although the tastefully finished ones command higher rent... problem is you will also pay other fees from agency, legal, caution, services et al.. you might spend roughly 850k and you will be asked to pay 2 years if its a naughty lessor. You might get a 1 BEDROOM around ajah/oniru for 500-600k depends on quality and taste....

i wud rather u mainland than island..... its better and traffic is almoat same infacts ajah to lekki or vi trafgic is worse than yaba to vi... As for the someone... someone has to cope ooo
