I do not know the confirmation you wanna do but you need both original and photocopy for all confirmations at the embassy. Goodluck

I urgently need one for my uncle to show the alien office in Darmstadt cos they were saying he should contact Abuja's embassy for him to get it which I believe is not the right process. Your uncle should try using the word "Verpflichtung"; that's what it's called. It is more of a form than a letter; it's actually an obligation form, he gives them your data and his data as well, they fill it into the form, then he sends it to you. It should cost him about 25Euros.
If you still need a pix of it, google Verpflichtung

Go online and book your appointment with the German Consulate; certfications are done from Mondays to Wednesdays, and they are free of charge with maximal numbers of 5 sets per day. Arrange your photocopies in same order as your originals
However, if you decide to use the court, you can also do so. Lagos high court charges 200 per page.
Another option is the British Council (NOT Embassy); they charge 1000 for the first 5 pages, and 500 for subsequent 5pages

However, mandatory is your application form dully filled and signed, as well as your international passport; without any of these, you won't get your documents certified. Also, the photocopies should be arranged in same order as the originals.
Personal advice, pls get there at least 30mins before the given for cut-off time (which is usually 10am these days)

Stop bothering yourself with all that; just tell the notary officer to certify you document, they know too well what to do. The stamp says Certified TRUE COPY, that's why it's being referred to that way. And well, I think it might actually be the same stamp you're referring to.
As long as your docs are genuine, you really have nothing to worry about.

Some notary public don't have the certified true copy stamp; hence they use biro to write it. Check the picture attached to understand what I'm saying. Shalom

Pls advice me onhow to get an invitation letter and step by step procedures for a German visa. I av a sponsor already

If you really wanted to apply you would have done that,wld have to check.

I have been selected for Msc admission at TUM for summer. Next hustle is visa. Let me digest the procedure

I lost my phone....plus am were I can't lay hands to most of the required documents. ...about paying for uni assist and will still apply because I will be available on land on the 28th....must ve sent all documents by or before DAT 30th deadline.....will it be too late?

your documents must get there b4 30th so also the fees,and remember the fees takez three days. to reflect after payment, so if you av to do anything it should. be b4 26th.

I don't think I can make it....please try and research and give me list of other schools that might consider me..... Please at least summer session. ...is just that I spend a month at work and just a Week at home....yet to even notarise my docs.....not just feasible.

Is late.. ...vnt even notarised my doc......please. .try and get me options.. ....is cos of how long I spend at work.... Before I get to town.....I just spend 1wk in town out of every month
