Do not mind him ooo. Just few hours the presidency informed us that PMB will be running in 2019. We all know the tradition, you don't know? first year in the office is settling in and appointments, second year is work, third year campaigning and fourth year is election. You see, only 1 year of work in a four-year period. 3 years are lost years. Unfortunately, this administration did not see money to work so they have skipped that into early campaigning.
Even though they come in sheep clothes, we will know whether they are wolves in sheep clothing.
