Hello house, Please I am in a dileman with Jumia market (Formerly Kaymu). Have sold for over 3 years on the platform and recently they keep withholding my payment after they have delivered and collected payment from buyer. I have an outstanding payment with them since November 2015 And have sent countless mail with no result. This has made me to stop honouring my sales. 4 months back I decided to honour a sales and uptil today I have not receive payment and my mails are ignored. I am considering closing my store with them as soos as I get all my payment. Please who is in same situation and how did you get your payment?. Will apprentice helpful advice. Thanks |

Fogman:Good morning. Many sellers experienced this too, but if u check well, they might have paid you or they returned the items. I am sure u have an account manager (assigned to u by kaymu), contact him/her and request for your payment account statement, they will send it to u. Also go to your bank and request for a bank account statement from when u suspect they stopped paying u to date. Then cross-check, their payment usually comes from: Atol |

ymarts: Thanks for your input. I don't make frivolous statement. I m not a newbie in this and i have not received payment from them and my account manager can't help either.will 2 months back they told me they skipped my payment and it ll be done manually. Since then, they have been tossing me around. Each time i make a sales, i practically run after them for months to pay me. |

I am currently having same problem with them. One of my items was delivered since July this year and uptil now I have not received payment. I have contacted severally by email and phone and I was told to update my bank details to either Zenith Bank or GT Bank that other banks charges them alot for transfer. I have update my bank details from Stanbic to Zenith bank still no payment. When I send mail to the customer care, they will state that the matter has been escalated to the appropriate office, but no body is doing anything uptil now. In fact, I have stopped selling on their platform |
