Carrick should be get a replacement asap. Those useless scouts should get us someone that can replace Carrick. I don't even get excited when I hear or read rumours about Griezeman. Can he dominate or control the midfield? No! He is the type that needs a system to operate. He needs those hard workers and runners around him. Do we have them in United? No! So what we need is to get someone energetic that can take control of the midfield first before we can get Grizeman if not our complaints won't end.

Next transfer window will be interesting. We are watching. Hopefully Carrick is able to play every game for us. Two important matches up next, playing Westham twice consecutively and they're both must win. All things being equal and a fit Carrick we will win both.

Carrick has completed 90 minutes in two consecutive games? Never knew this was possible. I'm sure the number one decision Jose will have to make soon is how to replace Carrick in that team. Hererra should be allowed to play b2b while someone else plays holding.

Jose Mourinho will make Carrick out of Herrera. Herrera is gradually adapting to the Role, and its unlikely for JM to sign any replacement.

Moreover..... we have Schleiderlin who can later come good as a backup. It's not over for him yet, he can still pick up!

I just think that the first thing for us to sort out in our midfield is find out which position is suitable for our dabbing barber lord.

Left side of midfield, b2b or behind the striker. It will make it clearer where we need to buy.

Carrick can't play all the games, the likes of schneiderlin and schweinsteiger could put in a shift. Rotation is key here.

That is where Mourinho must show his ability to manage the players well. Ideal midfield should have Carrick who brings a calming effect to the team with an Herrera who is suited for b2b and then a Mata playing behind the striker, but we have a certain pogba who cost the world and most likely cannot be benched. Carrick also can't play all the games too.

It's either we can't play a player regularly because of his age who gives Sterling performances or we must play a player because of his cost who regularly blows hot and cold in different matches and these issues will always have a way of affecting the formation and potency.

Every coach appreciates one or two willing runners in their team. Midfielders that have foresight want to have runners in their teams so they can always drop the ball for them behind the defence. I only hope Lingard is able to improve his passing and decision making. Our trainers should be able to help with that.

It's coz of finding a way to provide a strong defensive backbone to shield our defense in top matches that Mourinho pushes Pogba into the number 10 role to accommodate a combo of Herrera and Fellani and it end up costing us coz Pogba is practically useless in that position. If only Pogba could play like Mata in that role, Carrick and Herrera would have been the best DM combo to win matches for us.

We need a b2b. If Hererra becomes holding who takes up the b2b? Schleiderlin? Not sure about that guy o. Without the ball he could be useful marking and all but how intelligent is he with the ball? Not sure I can remember any brilliant pass from him since he joined United.

There's nothing to indicate he can play that role. His agent already told us that he prefers to play close to the opponent's goal. Is that the person you want to track back regularly? Please don't suggest that o. You will end up exposing Hererra or Carrick and that could be dangerous even against smaller teams.

We need him to play the role he played in the last Match. We do not need him near the attacking Role anymore. He has played there and wasn't convincing.
