i'm not a staylite but i have done my online clearance and in the process of doing physical clearance. if u had read previous posts, u will understand that
40 passport is for ur documents and record file and other clearance like faculty, departmental etc
One white file- you actually need more than 1. you need at least 7 for ur documents
6 photocopies of scanned document: very important or else you dont want to do physical clearance.

Procession fee: since you are doing it in a cyber cafe, this is their own money for the service rendered. shouldn't be up to #1000. maybe 5h.

Acceptance fee: you surely need to pay ur acceptance fee. if the cyber cafe is paying for you with their atm, u need to go pay in their account and gv them teller that you really paid.
