Last few weeks I heard the solid minerals ministry obtained licenses for local indigenous miners in order to sideline illegal mining gangs.
Why haven't oil mining licenses been obtained for indigenous locals to support them and sideline bunkering and illegal refining?
Isn't this a question that should be asked by all of Nigeria's educated citizens?
Isn't this government-supported resource control?!
