I feel for them. But these are standard practice in Nigeria. If election were holding in the other States that have regular calendar, there won't be movement. I feel Government should have alerted those who would probably think coz it is one State, no hassles. As long as you would pass through Ore or Akure via Ibadan, they have to wait till 4 pm.
