Another game - Pep still refuses to play Kelechi. How many games in a row now? Four? SMH

Guardiola does not like black players at all. Kelechi was given a two year extension and folks said that was good a step up. It was not. A two year extension for someone who has a great scoring ratio and is not even 20 yet (could be wrong) says we ain't feeling you.

If he cannot get a game against Burnley then what is that saying. At least at Arsenal Arsene would give him respect because he is a WC winner. Thats Arsenes way.

Screw Gaurdiola. Racist shiter

No, a capital one for that matter.

I did love to call their attention to be part of this beautiful and modest project.

Remember this is not the first time some one has referred to this thread as the best, neither would this be the first time we have called on them to take note.

Please, whose n-udes does Kelechi have to steal to get game time under Pep?

I don't even want him to go on loan, they should sell him. Haba! 5 games now and not even sub appearance, na only am no gree learn this yeye Pep-losophy?

We can't have a repeat of Mikel mbok, if he can't get game time now, he'll never get under Pep. Can Mr James Iheanacho talk some other club into stealing his kid?

Dream Team VI Star Sadiq Umar Urges Nigeria To Make Move For Italian-Nigerian Cesena Forward Franklyn Akammadu

Bologna forward Sadiq Umar says Nigeria should establish contact with Cesena 18 year old forward Franklyn Akammadu, who is reportedly set to be called up to the Italian youth national team.

In the past Nigeria have lost the duo of Angelo Ogbonna and Chuka Okaka to Italy. 20 year old Umar is advocating that the football house in Nigeria establish contact with Akammadu to avoid losing him to Italy.

Umar who was one of the stars of Nigeria’s campaign at the Rio 2016 Olympics reckons, he has seen enough to convince him that Akammadu will come good in the nearest future.

”He is quick, skillful, strong and very good with both feet. He is highly rated here in Italy, presently he is the top scorer in the Primavera (Youth League)”. He told Owngoalnigeria.com.

”Too early to say he is ready for the main team but it will be good, if contact is made for future purposes. We can’t afford to lose him” He concluded.

EXCLUSIVE: Why La-Liga Side Granada Deferred Plans To Sign Nigerian Forward Theophilus Solomon In January

Owngoalnigeria.com has in it position a leaked e-mail conversation between an intermediary mandated to secure a transfer for hot in demand Nigerian forward Theophilus Solomon and Spanish side Granada.

Solomon who has six goals for modest side Istra, where he is on loan from table toppers HNK Rijeka is keen on leaving Croatia this summer, Granada are one among the many clubs that showed genuine interest in his services.

However per the mail sent to his representative, the Spanish side will not be making a move for him in the January transfer window, due to their precarious position on the league table in Spain.

They said, they will however keep a close watch on the 20 year old forward in view of signing him in the summer, based on their final standings on the log table.

It means Belgian side Standard Liege and Portuguese side Sporting Lisbon are now fully in the driving seat to sign the coveted forward who has 30 professional goals, including a hattrick in each of the season he has played as a professional footballer.

Won't be a bad idea to invite and cap him in the proposed January friendly. If the NFF and Coach Rohr play their cards right by convincing him about the futility of representing Italy at the World Cup (Angelo Ogbonna says hi), I believe he will commit to the green/white/green.

Mikel Ready To Quit Chelsea, Doesn’t Regret Going To Rio

Nigeria captain Mikel Obi has insisted that he stands by his decision to represent his country at the Rio 2016 Olympics instead of parcitipating in Chelsea's pre-season with new manager Antonio Conte.

The 29-year-old also asserts that his place in Chelsea's history is assured after his long, trophy-laden service to the English club.

"I'm not a guy who makes excuses in life," Mikel, who is yet to feature for Chelsea under Conte, said in a BBC World Football interview monitored by Comple tesportsnigeria.com on Friday.

"I never make excuses. I never shy away from my responsibilities. Yes, maybe people would say maybe I lost my place at Chelsea because I went to the Olympics, I didn't have pre-season with the team, a new manager was coming in and was probably upset that I left for the Olympics, and probably thinks I don't care about the team.

But I don't want to use those excuses, I want to keep training hard and make sure I change the manager's mind. But if it doesn't happen, then it doesn't happen.

"I'll keep doing my best and be ready for whenever I'm called upon. Let's see what happens in January. I have to remain professional. I keep training and working hard, hoping that one day I'll get to play."

Mikel, who captained the Nigeria U-23s to bronze in Rio in August as one of the three allowed overage players, says his medal is a prized possession he will forever cherish.

"I wouldn't trade my Olympic bronze for a place in the Chelsea team," he said. "As a man, when you make a sacrifice, you have to deal with it, you have to face it like a man, you have to stand by your decision. You have to live with your decision because it's your decision.

"I have no regrets at all, not one single regret for going to the Olympics and I'd not trade my medal for anything. I deserved it, I worked so hard for it, so why would I trade it for something else?"

Mikel, who joined Chelsea in 2006 after a protracted transfer wrangle that involved Manchester United, remains proud of his time at Stamford Bridge despite not playing a single minute this season and is not fazed by the likelihood of a January exit.

"I've been part of the best years at the club, I've enjoyed the best part of the club," he added.

"I was there when we won our first ever Champions League title. I played in the final and I was the man of the match in that final.

"I've written my name in the history books of Chelsea. I've won loads and loads of trophies, I've played close to 400 games for this club.

"I have no single regret, I've done it all. But as a player you're still hungry, you still want to win more with the club. If that's the way it ends (leaving in January) then that's it. Players move on. In life you move on. I'm very relaxed about the January transfer window. I'll speak to the club and we'll find the best solution."

When asked why he did not leave Chelsea in the summer despite several reported offers, Mikel replied: "I went to the Olympics and there was no communication about what the situation was, then the transfer window ended.

"The club didn't tell me to leave, I didn't get anything from the club. I have one year left so I decided I didn't want to leave just like that because I've been here for a while, 11 years now. It's good sometimes to leave when you know you've finished your contract and your business there is done."

You're damn smart@ Sir. Terzurum. I'm only trying to call him out f ghostmode...

I share ur concern @Miss Safari and Sir. Pelezico(I don't think have come across this moniker) anyway, I think it's time nacho leaves city and move on to another 'class'... Big clubs will be willing to put him on their payroll.

Klopp won't be a bad teacher but I doubt city letting him go to a rival-de know what he can turn to be and de are afraid of loosing him. But pep, he won't let him play.

even arsenal can't boast of stars(based on price) that mancity has..

no player there is below 25mill..

and how much was kelechi bought again?

mehn let's not act like we didn't see it coming.. think this is the time for his agent to play a big role in making or marring the boys carrier..

am afraid he might thread the ways of Joel obi, oduamadi that signed and played for big teams but nowhere to be found today.

but let it be only fear, oooo cos how the colanut has been sounding isn't how it is tasting..

It's not the pricetag, it's the coach. Some coaches would play a £25,000 player if he was good. Even Pellegrinni gave Kelechi more game time than the bellend coaching right now...so much for tactical genius *eye roll*

Anyway, we should totally trouble whoever we need to trouble to get that boy some other team, wouldn't even mind if he joined Iwobi in Arsenal, but like you said, City would never sell him to a rival team....so they should give him to Sevilla or something, but he needs to get outta there

But I believe it may be Salami afterall. Unless....
