Ondo Election: Official INEC Result Updates In 17 Local Governments - Vanguard by sakius4real(m): 7:01am On Nov 27, 2016

In the Governorship election which held on the 26th of November, 2016 in Ondo state, official result by the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, is being collated and announced as at the time of filing this report today, 27th November, 2016.

The contending candidate of the All Progressives Congress, APC, Mr. Rotimi Akerdolu, SAN, and that of the Peoples Democratic Party, PDP, Mr. Eyitayo Jegede, SAN, were locked in a tight race, yesterday, in the Ondo State governorship election.

Prof. Abdul Ganiyu Ambali of the University of Ilorin is the Chief Returning Officer , REC, for the Ondo state Governorship election.

The state has a total of 18 local government areas.

Below is the results according to local government.

GEJ left a reserve of 30billion dollars.
Sovereign Wealth fund 1.2 billion dollars.
Excess. Crude account 2billion dollars.
LnG paid a debt of 4billion dolllars just as buhari entered.

Now this is about 37billlion dollars. And which he. Could av saved more. But ur APC governor took him to court to share money Cos. They wanted to sponsor buhari's election.

Now this is done by With fuel hovering around. 60dollars to 118 dollars per barrel.

Now buhari has sold fuel averagely at 40dollars per barrel. Pls wat has he done wiv d sales.

Now to d economy our GDP was 519billion dollars and oil contributed only 15% to it; wiv manufacturing, automobile, banking, entertainment, mining etc making up for the remaining percentage; now our GDP is around 270billion dollars; DO U STILL BLAME OIL SALES?

I support APC against PDP and I will continue to do so.
My support for Oke is because I felt a message need to be sent out to Buhari that what happened in Ondo is not justified.
And I will always stand for what I perceive as Yoruba interest above every other things.

If not for the national hunger/suffering, PDP would have been long forgotten, they would nt ve even got up to 10% vote. I still trust God that things will still get better under this administration.

sensible Nigerians know why there is recession. sensible Nigerians know that a recession cannot happen under 2 years. sensible Nigerians know that Nigeria had been sliding into recession since the last 3 or 4 years. sensible Nigerians know that the bad economy had been shielded and shock absorbed by the huge inflow from oil which sold at 140 dollars for very long. sensible Nigerians know that with militancy and oil selling below 40 dollars in a completely oil based economy, even 1 million magicians couldn't escape the recession let alone a pmb. sensible Nigerians know that its gonna take nothing less than 4 or 5 years to start witnessing slightly improvement in a country of 200 million people which had being looted to stupor and where corruption has been a way of life for over 30 years. sensible Nigerians have just spoken in ondo.
