I think the first thing to do is call the guider of the person and likewise, talk to the person through message box attached to the icon and type message to him through the platform but make sure you do not mistakenly confirm him ooo... Some people do such things to avoid being block and later pay you your money and still apologize to you for it.

But, if the guider and person show strong head , just press support button, report their activities and also attach the fake teller.

He has paid the money...thank you..... those guiders never pick calls.

I could remembered, after calling a guider without him picking the calls, I had to message him and attached the name of his down line to him, in a short time, I was confirmed. So messaging them do help sometimes.

If it's ur first tym it takes 12 to 14 days

If it's ur second tym it comes easily could be within one to four days

Hello House, my friend was matched and didn't meet up with the payment and he was blocked. He wrote to support that same day of his negligence and promise it wil not happen again . But he not wait to see if they wil unblock him. The next day he open another MMM account with same account number with different number, email and name. But unknowningly to him the previous blocked has be unblocked. Please your advice on what he should do.

This is not true. You can be matched any time, matching is not dependent on whether its your 1st time PH or 2nd time or 50th time PH. You can be matched any time. My very 1st PH was matched under 2 hours after i PH as against the 12 to 15days that was preached to me. Matching can be done anytime.

He should use the unblocked on to PH.. Then write support from the new one to close it

I PH 4th,10th 'n 18th... The last PH was matched 6pm 23rd and the other 2 were matched at midnight (12am) 24th!
Matching is crazy..
Make sure you have all the money you PH BEFORE you click PH!

This happened to friend and it's been resolved. Has support asked you to upload bank statement? If yes get a signed statement from your bank from the date the order was created till date. You'll be matched to someone else

My stamped Bank Statement had been sent 2weeks ago; and have been waiting for a response.

relax guy u will be matched with another participant but next time If you notice any fake POP all you need is to go to the order, click on the half green mark then click on extend payment expectation by 24hrs. You will see a popup asking for reason, just type fake POP uploaded. The sender time will continue despite the POP uploaded, once the time lapsed he/she will be automatically blocked then the system will give you another sender. Don't wait until you see the yellow question mark, if you do then it's only CRO that can resolve such issues with sender presenting evidence of payment and receiver presenting statement of account

Very true. Even after the fake pop is uploaded, you can still click on the half green check mark and time extention options amongst others pops up. If click on extention with fake pop as your reason, the senders time would keep running until he pays you or his time expires. You also need to be sure that the cash isn't in ur account already.
