It proposed $23 billion phantom budget this year that it has never found money to fund. Similar to how our own buhari proposed a N6 trillion naira budget that has been hogwash.

Lagos, Akwa Ibom and Rivers state budgets has been around $3-5 billion dollars within the same last 10 years.

Again unlike Kenya, each state adds their internally generated revenue to their budget. so the total nigerian budget is far bigger than what the FG announced.

My advice is that Kenyans should compare Kenya with Lagos Alone and you will see how people will rush the thread.

In real estate

Kenyans are happy they are building the second tallest building in Africa while Nigerians are happy building 2 new and most beautiful cities in Africa. Eko atlantic in Lagos and centenary city in Abuja.

In power generation Kenyan are celebrating 60MW power plant while Nigerians are building over 6000mw in 4 years. Undersea pipelines to carry gas that can generate over 12000mw of power under construction and transmission capacity being upgraded at the same time.

Railway

Kenyans are constructing about 300km railway from mombasa to Nairobi while Nigerians are constructing about 1100km new standard gauge railway from Lagos to kano and another 1000km from Lagos to Calabar. Total is 2000km+. The other old narrow gauge line concession to General Electric is still there and Several other state governments are building light rail in their States.

We are still not in the same league.

Aviation

Kenya Airway (national carrier) nice 1 to have but how many local players are in your aviation industry. Nigeria has about 20 local players in the industry. With almost all the states having at least 1 airport each.

In road transportation
In 2013 Kenya has about 11,000 paved roads, while as at 2004, Nigeria already has 28,000km paved roads. Almost three times that of modern Kenya. What will happen if we use 2015 record?

In maritime sector.
You have 2 sea port but Nigerians have 6 currently with 2 more loading.
