The importance of hymns in our life.

Ephesians 5:19 commands us to sing Psalms, hymns, and spiritual songs. The word for hymn means a sacred song to the Lord. Importance of singing/listening to hymns:


- They are saturated with Scripture – So many hymns are based off the words of Scripture. What better way to hide God’s Word in your heart than singing it?


-They remind us that God does not change. He does not change nor does His Word. His promises are the same and His Word is sufficient.
