I have this P5w that is about 5 months now. For the past few days, I'm unable to access my call logs and sms inbox. Just today, I realised that I can't view the photos in my gallery because my phone is 'guest mode'. I've restarted the phone several times, cleared the phone cache and ran a virus scan yet I have limited access to key features on the phone. Please how do I go about removing my phone from this mode? I don't want to have to go to their centre.

Drag your phone down to notification mode ...
Look at the top right corner ..you'll see an icon like contact or if you've added a pics to your profile just click on it an you should be good with your main account.

Thanks. I tried it but I didn't see the feature. I carefully navigated the settings and I've fixed it. From settings, I went to security and I saw that guest mode was ticked and I unticked it and the phone is all good now. How I wished I had carefully done this last week.

Op. Go to setting, then security, under the privacy deselect guest mode, but u will be required to input your pin.

how can i do this on infinix.... no guest box to tick/ untick

Old how can I disable mine, it's requesting for pin and I can't remember putting any pin. Please am desperately in need of these, somebody help

What steps did you take?

to exit guest mode, when asked for password.. write the incorrect one till it stops you from putting in password, then you'll be asked to reset, so do the reset and then put in the new pin and then you can exit guest mode

What password did you input to untick it..am having this challenge now.
