You bought an American used phone, not brand new. You sent your BEST phone tech guy to check everything before payment. After several weeks of purchase you start complaining of the phone. How is that my fault, am not the first user of the phone, this is an American used phone and as at the time i sold it to you through your guy, phone was in perfect working condition.

Anything could have happened from the guy that helped you buy the phone to transportation to Ghana.
