Many are still doubting that Tecno has started rolling out OTA updates. I said it in one of my comments sometime ago that I am confident the brand is improving and listens to feedbacks. One obvious fact is that technology is evolving and it is imperative on OEMs to keep up with this evolution as no one wants to be left behind and be out of competition like Nokia.

Even the Tecno bashers cannot dispute the fact that the brand is obviously growing. From the chinco phones that we used to know to making flagships like the phantom 6 & 6 plus is a massive growth in just 10 years of business. From no updates to rolling out updates is another growth worthy of applause.

Those of us that believe in the brand are already being vindicated as it is evident that they use feedbacks to improve the objectives like the Wheeler's Cyclic model (if u no know am google am ).
