Try a better device. I updated my data this morning using a friend's Infinix Note google chrome app. It was very easy and fast

You are on the right path. Connect to either twitter or facebook, and login ur facebook or twitter (which ever one you chose) username and password. After which a page will come for you to enter your Bank details (Bank name and account number)

The annoying part is that there has been no word from them.

The last we heard is that the program will commence on 1st December 2016 (this very week's Thursday). How is this feasible when a large number still can't access the training materials and other necessary updates from their portal?

Their silence is just annoying.

as in eeh! The technical team is just too incompetent. Lack of genuine information leads to speculation and that's exactly what is happening now.

It is not a browser or type of phone thing, I believe they have not fully activated some local government area, at least I have an A+ in computer hardware training from NIIT
