thats absolutely funny, but before I go on, I am actually happy that you didn't argue the Sane/Moses Simon stuff.

Now let me ask, if I present a tapin infront of you, you can convert with your weaker foot and the stat collectors will immediately write it down as a goal scored using your weaker foot, but that's a tapin. On the contrary, you get the ball almost 30 yards from goal and you curl the ball with your weaker foot(curl, not strike) and it nestles perfectly, and you have done it not once, not twice, but each time the goal will be counted as just one goal scored with your weaker foot. If you look at the stats of the two players I used as my examples, you will declare that their weaker feet are identical but if you actually watch the games in question you can then judge conclusively. Watch Messi's goal against Villareal in 2014? Or 2015 and you will see just what he did with his right foot there, I can give you 15 other examples, now all I need from you is just a single clip of Iheanacho doing anything meaningfully difficult with his right foot, even if he hit the bar with his weak foot, just show it to me, I judge based on quality not the end product
you and this ur tapin self.

Seasoned professionals going on trial?? Please provide one example where an active player in England who is not a youngster is offered a trial. Just one..

The only time trials are offered are young players or players who have been inactive for a significant amount of time.

Much more pronounced in Summer don't be decieved by the official spill that a player is just training to get fit.

There are just too many too mention but the probability exists you might be a gunner. So I will use Sol Campbell, possibly England's best ever defender. Returned to Arsenal after a 4 year absence in late 2009 supposedly to train by the end of the year he was offered a contract.

Sol Campbell was unattached. He was not a trialist. He was not active. Plus that was an old Sol Campbell.

Here we have an active player, top scorer in the recently concluded league going on trial. It simply shows that they have no regard for the league.

MOSES WAS ALWAYS DESTINED FOR GREATNESS - KALOU

Salomon Kalou believes that Victor Moses was
always going to make it at Stamford Bridge and
sympathised with the in-form wing-back after a
difficult first few years under Chelsea's
management.

Moses was signed as the Blues' replacement for
the departing Kalou in 2012, but is only now
showing his true talent after a series of good
performances in a new role under Antonio Conte.

Kalou, 31, now plays at Hertha Berlin, though still counts himself a Chelsea fan, and believes that Moses is showing his best due to greater backing than he has had before.

"I’m not surprised by Moses’s form," Kalou told
Goal .

"He never had a big chance like this before. He never really had this chance to show off. A big player has to have the chance to play.

"It is difficult to show your skills when you don’t
play
, and this season he has shown the quality
that you need at this level; I am not surprised. He is a fast and technical player with great stamina to go forward and then to come back.

"Chelsea have supported him very well [this
season] and that is why I am not surprised that
we are seeing the best of him. He will have a
great season in a blue shirt."

My dear our league is inferior to Brazilian league. Please don't play down the weather effects. African players fled Russia for their lives. the trials he underwent was necessary atleast to check if he can cope with the weather. Besides that, even players from PSL go on trials let alone NPFL. Were Elmohamady and even recently Ramadan signed outrightly from the Egyptian league?

I was going with the climate angle but just becos a league is better doesn't make the player inferior. For example Brazil has not put out a player like Etebo in years, the boy was ready for Europe before he left Warri.

Hello Nerd, you talked about Kessie as a member of the Ivorian U17 team that gave us tough time enroute the UAE in 2013, please do u have any news on that Nigerian boy that was a thorn on our flesh? The tireless jimoh nicknamed the next Yaya toure then. He was a utility player then, operated from the left side of the midfield and some times played as a left full back and defensive midfielder also. Lol I was his fan then, and wished he was on our side to consign Okon to the bench. He was so good

Yea inferior leagues don't really define players but remember ur efficiency gets stern test against quality players in quality leagues hence the need for the trials to ensure ur performance ain't no fluke but a true reflection of ur quality. We should work on improving our league, but until then, ain't no fuse with trail options bro

To me it is a way of bringing down the player's value. U say we need to improve but when it comes to talent we are not doing so bad. Look at the group of players that just left they are doing well in Europe.

Seriously he was a cat(had nine lives +), so strong and tireless. Full of running even when every other person must have ran outta steam. Maybe he is suffering same fate as his Nigerian counterpart Musa M'hmed because I once read he had a precontract with Swiss Giants (FC BASEL).

You go from it seems and to he does. So, it is no more blacks but black Africans. Guardiola is not a racist. If he was a racist, he would have sent Eto out along with Ronaldinho.

Yaya's agent was clearly off his duty when he blasted Guardiola repeatedly. Yet, he accepted Yaya back after he apologized.

Nasri, Joe Hart were dropped from the team. These are white Europeans. If they were Africans, you would have screamed racism.

He has worked well with Alaba and Boateng. Improving them along the way. Chill with the racist tag.

Last summer 2015, I was at Blackburn only to see Jobi Mcanuff on trial arguably the most skilful winger in the championship.

Do you remember Sissiko, he was at Liverpool for about 3 seasons, humble dude. Tenacious hard tackling went on to Juventus, PSG, Levante after a stint in China, increasing his bank balance. Well at the start of this season he was at West Brom on trial. Not sure where he is now though.

These are the ones I know about personally, not just on pages of newspapers. There are some I won't talk about because they were never made official, you may think I am not being truthful.

These players had fitness issue that the clubs were trying to access. There have been plenty instances were a guy is offered trials and another club cuts in and offers a deal. Whenever a player is on trials that means the club is unsure.

Talent will get you so far, you need more, Discipline, focus, professionalism, understanding, vision and of course opportunity add to that a good agent.

Our league is far from the best and it will be extremely difficult for one of our players to jump into the premiership and or any other top European League and start performing.

We need to be realistic, objective and not blindly emotionally patriotic in the name of I want to support my country men.

EAGLES STAR MUSA MOHAMMED LISTED FOR
TURKEY CUP TIE

Musa Mohammed (right) in action for Istanbul Basaksehir

High-flying Turkish club Istanbul Basaksehir have listed Nigeria defender Musa Mohammed in
today’s cup tie at lower league side Yeni Amasyaspor.

“He’s on the match-day squad for the cup game,” disclosed a source close to the player.

Action begins today in all eight groups of the
Turkish Cup with Musa’s club facing a tricky away game at Yeni Amasyaspor in an early kick-off game.

Goztepe and Sivasspor are the other teams in
Group F.

The top two teams in each group will qualify for
the final knockout stage of the cup competition.
Musa, 20, has yet to establish himself at IBB, who lead the Turkish top flight with 30 points from 12 matches, two points ahead champions Besiktas.

This has cost the right fullback a starting shirt in the Super Eagles.

WATFORD LOANEE UCHE AGBO LAMENTS
GRANADA WRETCHED RUN IN LA LIGA

Uche Agbo (right) in action for Granada.

Uche Agbo has said Granada are hugely
disappointed they are yet to win their first match
of the La Liga season, but they will keep fighting.

Granada are rock bottom of the Spanish top flight
with five points after 13 rounds of matches.

On Sunday they were dumped 3-1 at Celta Vigo.

“We are not happy because the results are not
coming our way,” Agbo lamented.

“We would have won some of the games we drew
before the loss to Celta Vigo. We had
opportunities to win some of the last four games
we drew especially the match against Villarreal.

“But we will keep pushing till we get it right.”

Midfielder Agbo is a Watford player on loan to
Granada.

REPS DISMISS OSIMHEN SERIOUS INJURY
RUMOURS

Victor Osimhen

Representatives of Nigeria’s most exciting young striker Victor Osimhen have dismissed rumours that the player has suffered a major injury while with German Bundesliga Wolfsburg.

Osimhen’s representative Ariyo Igbayilola said the striker is not injured and rather he is being rested after playing a series of friendlies for Wolfsburg who (he) will sign a professional contract with in January 2017.

“No, there is nothing wrong with Victor
whatsoever. He is fine and ready to go,” Ariyo
said.

“He has played as many as four friendly matches for Wolfsburg and they in their wisdom have thought it wise to rest the boy.

“He will soon be back in Nigeria to work on his
papers.”

Record top scorer at the 2015 FIFA U17 World
Cup in Chile, Osimhen will clock 18 next month
and he is expected to sign a professional contract with Wolfsburg in January 2017.

He was courted by several top European clubs
including Arsenal and Anderlecht before he chose Wolfsburg.

WHY NIGERIA WANT SENEGAL, COTE D'IVOIRE TESTS - NFF PRESIDENT

Max Gradel of Ivory Coast celebrates a goal

Nigeria are shopping to play a friendly against
Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire next year because their playing style is similar to the Super Eagles rivals Cameroon.

In August 2017, Nigeria will first welcome
Cameroon before playing a reverse fixture against the Indomitable Lions a few days later in
continuation of the 2018 World Cup qualifiers.

“Cote d’Ivoire and Senegal are teams who play
like Cameroon, and we are priming for our next
(World Cup) game against Cameroon,” Pinnick
disclosed.

“These friendlies are not yet confirmed but they
are at an advanced stage of being finalised.”

It is understood that the matches against West
African foes Senegal and Cote d’Ivoire could be
played in the FIFA-friendly window in March in
London.

The other FIFA-friendly window will be in June,
officials said.
