The Lord that does what no man can do, how excellent is your name!!! WELCOME TO THE AWESOME MONTH OF DECEMBER !!  The last month of the year but the month filled with the greatest last minute miracles. It's the month where God will allow our wombs to bring forth great achievers that will shake the earth for good. It's DECEMBER my people Already, 3 of us have been delivered of our little ones in the month of November, more still to come in this new month by God's grace, Amen. I ask this day that the Heavenly Lord will release his largesse of blessings upon every member of this team. Good afternoon ma. please what do I do to curb this constant hunger? I was the office workaholic who only had lunch by 2 or 3pm but now, I have to eat immediately I get to the office, eat about 4apples and a big bowl of carrots about two hours later, munch on anything I find about an hour later and before 2pm, I would have eaten lunch. From that 2pm to 5pm when I close, I will be feeling bastardly hungry again that I have to send them to buy me food again! I know my colleagues are already suspecting that something is up with me because I hardly ate before. How can I curb the constant hunger bikonu? I just finished one big bowl of rice and plantain with three meats and one Seven up longthroat around 1pm. Its just 3:30pm again and I'm feeling like I have not eaten all day. Now shame dey catch me to send messenger go buy food again because the food wey i eat two hours ago plenty! Its driving me crazy and affecting my work as all it seems I do is feel hungry and eat. Please what can I do? Also, someone asked me to buy prenatals that contains Omega 3 but I'm already taking Pregnacare Original so can I just add Omega 3 supplements to it?Please what is the function of Omega 3 in our pregnant bodies and which is a good and affordable brand to buy? How far along are u? If you're in your 2nd trimester, then I'd say it's normal. I ate like a crazy person in my 2nd trimester and the hunger pangs would come every 2hrs and if I'm lucky, it'll come every 3hrs! And if I don't eat, I'll throw up and I'll be unable to function for the rest of the day. So the only solution was to eat! Now I'm in my 3rd trimester and food is not even my friend anymore I'm assuming why you are feeling a bit ashamed to send for food always is cos you've not told people in your office. With the way the hunger is doing u, sooner or later, they would know. So I'll just say you should enjoy the huge appetite now sha. But eat in moderation. Don't over do it so you don't have issues with weight. Other mothers will answer your second question and also add to what I've said spiceeamiee: |
