*The reason for posting this in romance section is because I am reaching out in love.*

My heart breaks everyday at the increasing rate of suicide, more so when the reason is hunger or hardship cry

Before you consider taking this bold route of death, I would like you to consider one more option at surviving;

The Benevolence/Help Unit of Churches
This is a Unit in Church that gives out food stuffs to people who need it and would come forward for it.

There has been a lot of subtle campaign going on against what is good and right and The Church has not been left out.
Dearest, the Church is not as bad as it's been made out to be. Yes, we hear stories, see happenings and know one or two very good examples of what a Church should not be but there are very VERY many good Churches all over Nigeria.

If you have not eaten and have got no hope of getting food or money, stroll into a good Church and ask to see a "A Pastor",

(By good Church, I mean atleast the POPULAR ones we know. Daystar Christian Centre, House On The Rock, etc etc
Also, there are so many non denominational gatherings whose speciality is to rally round you until you can stand again. I can't remember names but hopefully someone will mention one.
If any of the Churches around you do not have the Unit, the Pastors know what to do.
Let the Pastor know that you are hungry and need to eat!

If you able to go on a Sunday, then that would be really cool because most Help/Benevolence unit work on Sundays before or after Services.

Speak to one of the workers of the unit there in confidence if you're too shy or "ashamed". They will understand because that's what they do.

Most of this Unit will ask for your Cell leaders because there is a checkmate to ensure that real members of the Church who are in real need do not get left out of available resources.

Here, I can tell you if you are open and sincere and persistent, you will be attended to.

Alternatively, join the Home Cell Unit of your Church or a good Church in your area.
The Cell Leaders, even if they do not have "something" in the house at the moment, will pull every string to ensure you're okay.

I speak of what I know.

You may be wondering if some one who wants to commit suicide has time for long epistles and processes?

The truth is, the act of suicide is not usually a one off thought. A suicidal person has had to think of suicide as an option over and again.
When things get better, they take leave off the thought.
When they get desperate, suicide becomes an option yet again.

Please do not kill yourself.

There is light at the end of this long tunnel that has made everywhere seem so dark to you.
After the night comes the morning.
This dark night of yours is already giving way for the Day.
Be around to see it happen.
Tomorrow, Wednesday, is going to be better than today Tuesday.

There are people that can help, people whose speciality and calling is helping. You are just not aware. God will open your eyes as you let HIM.
I will mention names when I remember, I knew a lot of them.

Some Churches I can point you to: but not limited to these
Daystar Christian Centre:
Benevolence give away is every Sunday 30minutes before each of the 4 services begins.
They give out food stuffs and clothings for free.
They also hold the mother of all benevolence yearly where awesome packages of foodstuff are given to members of the Church and outside communities that can make it to Church that day.

The Elevation Church:
One thing I can say about their benevolence is "excellence". They don't accept worn out clothes as donation to the less privilege.
When you feel like giving, it has to be something you can accept and use if it were to be given you.
Foodstuff and clothes are free.
They will be holding their YARD SALE 3rd of December at the Pistis Centre, Elevation Church along Lekki Epe road, Marwa.
If you're looking to get good stuff at reduced price this Christmas, you may wanna try there.

House On The Rock:
This is the Church that holds "The Experience", a gospel music fiesta yearly for free and what's more, these guys, despite the massive crowd from all over Lagos state and beyond in attendance, have never collected offering!
Like, it's mind blowing.
The programme is music from 5 or 6pm to 6am.
And one holds tomorrow Friday, 2nd December.
If you're feeling suicidal,
Come for this programme.
Don't leave until 6am.
The pure worship of God from dusk to dawn will drive away permanently every evil spirit of suicide tormenting you.
If these guys give excellent music ministration for free, I know their benevolence unit will be more merciful.

Disclaimer
If you go to any if this Church I mentioned and realise that Jesus is not worshipped there or Hus name is blasphemed please, protect your faith and do the needful.

If you are on the Badore axis, I can give you an address of such gathering holding 4th December 3-6pm.
The beauty of this gathering is that all the leaders are going to be available.
They are looking for who to feed.
They are looking for men and women who need a shoulder to lean on.
I can give you a specific name and number so that you have direction when you get there.

Are you sure you are not being sentimental? undecided
I am not saying you are, I am just asking.

Think about it:
A man is aware of the kind of suffering he has to suffer first before he dies, by Suicide. Inspite of the TORTURE, he still picks that choice!!
You think killing oneself is easy?
There is a period of pain and suffering before death takes over and it is long because it's painful and slow.
They are aware and still go ahead.
That is bold!!!

Bold is facing whatever problem you've got and FIGHTING it.

Be brave, bold and face your problem like a soldier in battlefield.

smiley I get you.
But I feel it's because you're speaking from your point of view.

See through the eyes of a suicidal man.

He's problem is "How To Die".
And he facing it boldly and squarely and thoughtfully and would achieve it if not shown a better way out of it.
There is fight in him,
But it's towards terminating life.

Yeah, I know your wish is for him to channel that fight at life, not death smiley

Ok I perfectly understand your point and angle but take a look at it this way, if suicide means 'I give up', what/where's the bravery in it?

Those who commit suicide see it as the best and easiest option out of whatever they going through at that moment; an easy way out (they ignorantly think)

If you have an army bro/BF who went to way but ran home when he got to battlefield. Will you call that bold or cowardice? (Forget the fact you'll be happy to see him return. Lol)
