KenyaMan111:Well, I guess we're done here if this is the next thing you can come up with. Look, it is not everyone you have an arguement with you insult, especially arguments you're not sure of because you might end up being the bigger fool. I don't like insulting people but I definitely know how to reciprocate. Sorry. |

LightYagami: I wonder if you guys were thought how to do research. You just come here foolish. Kenya have nothing like TINAPA. We are still ahead of you in this just do a little research. TINAPA is bigger than any mall you have in kenya. And I doubt you will have anything like it anytime soon. Nigerians are far ahead of you. Guess what, it's not in Lagos or even Abuja but Calabar, Cross River state. A nation developing 36 States together against Kenya developing Nairobi that is just 696km2. 2 Likes |

iblawi: 1. Tinapa shopping centre, though the largest in West Africa, is mostly a nonperforming retail centre, with only a fraction of its total retail space being occupied. Guess Nigerians like shopping under trees more 2.Nairobi, which is 696km2, flows to other areas which are developing, google thika road, some other cities are developing though not as fast as Nairobi, its not like there is a fence around Nairobi, Nairobi has a Metropolis yoh, you should know that Mombasa, Kisumu, Eldoret, Nakuru just to name a few 3. Tanipa slightly beats Two Rivers, though Nigeria has 19 or is it 29 malls to Kenyas, I stopped counting at 50 to be honest Kenya https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_shopping_malls_in_Kenya Nigeria https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_shopping_malls_in_Nigeria https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_largest_shopping_malls_in_Nigeria See for yourself |

LightYagami: Am sure you are not OK. How did you come to that useless conclusion. Have you been there to see for yourself? You just spit rubbish to feel better. You flow nothing better you are still below us in every way. Abuja alone have more malls than Nairobi. You just foolishly claimed Nigerians don't shop in malls but you have just 3 million people in Nairobi out of over 45 million in kenya. So where is the remaining 42 million people shop in kenya. Don't think you are talking to a fool like you. https://www.unicef.org/kenya/overview_4616.html From this report 44 million Kenyan live below poverty line out of how many. You must be foolish to compare yourself with Nigerians. This again shows more than 2/3 of Kenyans in Nairobi live in slums. So how do Kenyans shop in Malls. |

iblawi:LOL!!! ..That's like showing only pictures of Lagos island. Nairobi a county in Kenya - 692km° ; Population - 3.5 mill. Ibadan, a city in OYO state, Nig.- 3,080km° - pop 3.5 mill... Its quite similar to our urban-land mass population, but I was expecting something bigger. Nairobi + mombasa = 1000km° |

LightYagami: Now,lets assume your pics is real. Look at the pics you posted, only Nairobi is on the list in kenya because you concentrate your resources there. Let's add Ibadan, Calabar, port-harcourt, enugu, kano, Benin, etc then you will know how many malls are in Nigeria. We have 36 States plus Abuja making it 37. |

LightYagami:Shut up don't spit rubbish. The report clearly stated it that 42 of 44 Million Kenyan live below poverty line. Look at that estimate. Poverty and Kenyans are brothers. This is unicef report not mine and that is why you guys need lot of support from Africa development bank and UN to build roads And barracks. So you have rich people living in slums there in Kenya? I told you we are not playing in the same league. |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Nobody: 11:02pm On Dec 01, 2016 |
Ibawan I know we have slums and stuff in Nairobi, and I posted some pictures of the upgrade And if Nairobi is so poor, why build a 44 floored apartment complex, who will live there?? here it is again http://88nairobi.com/ and why is there a 126 metres(taller than almost all buildings in Nigeria) apartment see, you are bitter and got nothing to offer 3 Likes

LightYagami: I will educate you further. Ibadan is the state capital of Oyo state which is about the same size as Nairobi plus all of it metro. So why complain? You are still building less than a state In Nigeria and most of it is still slum to the extent that rich people by your standard live in slums. How will you have 42 million people out of 44 Million living below poverty line and you say you are better than Nigeria? |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by Nobody: 11:06pm On Dec 01, 2016 |

I am sure if you read older posts you will see very many nice non slum houses. And they are not empty. Ibawi I am sure by now, you are crying somewhere. Instead of throwing bitter insults, why don't you show us what Nigeria got to offer Maybe you have better roads, show us, 3 Likes |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by iblawi(m): 11:14pm On Dec 01, 2016 |
LightYagami: Yes, you have slums and you are poor as a nation not just the people. The whole of Kenya is building Nairobi while in Nigeria state government build their States and you still have to share your sources of income with other levels of government. For example, in Lagos state, federal government will collect tax, state government will collect tax and local government will still collect tax. In some cases community leaders will also collect but still they still try their best to government the state. It's all about priority Bro. Believe me Nigerians have project far more expensive than that ongoing without UN assistance. |
Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by iblawi(m): 11:19pm On Dec 01, 2016 |
LightYagami: Sure, we have better roads and infrastructure in general but I don't have pics of them except pics where I appear which I won't upload. That doesn't mean I don't commend you for your development but you are still not comparable to Nigeria. If you observe properly most pics we share were the once online and some snapped with phones instead of professional cameras like the once you posted. |

You say Kenya needs help, well well. Here is a list of of 20 African countries with debt, you are sitting pretty at number 09, Kenya s not on the list, tried to look for us and I havent seen, external debt btw http://www.africaranking.com/top-20-most-indebted-african-countries/4/ Kenyans living under poverty line is 40% you say, okay, at least we update our figures and dont hide stuff. Last time, 2010, Nigerias was updated 70% were living below poverty line, never have we been that shitty, even in 2010, http://www.indexmundi.com/nigeria/population_below_poverty_line.html and this is from your vice president last year http://www.vanguardngr.com/2015/08/over-1-million-nigerians-living-below-poverty-line-osinbajo/ ABUJA – Vice President Yemi Osinbajo Wednesday stated that about 110 million Nigerians were still living below poverty line despite the policies of past governments to improve their welfare. The Vice President however stated that the policy were wrongly formulated and as a result did not have direct impact on the people. 3 Likes |

Re: Kenya Is Ahead of Nigeria In All Aspect (Facts Don't Lie) by shizzy7(f): 11:29pm On Dec 01, 2016 |
LightYagami:well, I don't understand how you do your thing there but I guess its just like merging other counties around the Nairobi to form the metropolis. If one googles Nairobi it only brings up the 692, that's why I thought it's similar to ours. Lagos the smallest state but most populated, Niger, the biggest in size +95,000km°. They all have their level of urbanization and otherwise. |
