The delay started from the NYSC authorities who dismissed her complaints because they stupidly decided she was pretending and wanted to dodge parade. The NYSC authority at the camp which includes their medical outfit administered an injection which might just be questionable. They failed to act quickly and still took her to an unequipped facility ie the General Hospital instead of the Teaching Hospital. They are as culpable as the medical personnel that failed to attend to her promptly.
