In a bizzare case of dog eat dog, the commander of Guards brigade, Brig. Gen Yusuf has directed soldier who previously served in Guards Brigade and posted out to other army formation within Abuja to vacate their rooms. To make good his threat, he has assigned the room to other soldiers . Am a soldier with wife and child and my salary can barely take of my family talkless paying for another accomodation. I have approached my unit in Abuja for accommodation and they said there is none. Is this the change we voted for?.Senate committe ondefence, chief of army staff , minister of defence pls come to our help.

Just recently our electric cooking stove was siezed by the army authority, they went flat by flat to consficate the stove, they broke into the kitchen of soldiers who were on duty to sieze their stove. The army claimed the shortfall in electric supply to abuja was because the the electric stove used by soldiers. The room they are about collecting from us is a two bedroom flat occupied by two soldiers with their family with a common sitting room to share and Brig. Gen Yusuf, commander guards brigade is taking it away. Pls MOD let this make front page.

Soldiers that are keeping the country together, protecting us from Boko Haram, IPOB and South-South criminal militants are living like refugees. If you've been posted out of the guards brigade, it's only fair you leave accommodation meant for members of the guards brigade otherwise, your replacement would also be stranded.

Am a personnel serving in Army HQ in Abuja , the umbrella body for army central administration. I was told by them that there no accomodation for me in there. Is this not a breakdown of system under Gen. Burattai?
