optimization plays a big part in game development. mobile game developers rarely optimize their games for mobile though there are some exceptions(oceanhorn is probably one of the most optimised and continually optimized games on iOS and its coming to android).optimization is why the PS vita can run FIFA,NFS,killzone easily with ps3 like graphics.plus games like dead space which remember was made in 2011/2012 proves if devs are serious ps3 like graphics are absolutely achievable

truth is it won't cost much to introduce just 4 or 5 large maps, nothing else, with vehicles and maybe aircrafts. Gameloft is instead so focused on silly armors and silly perks just to make money

give me a good Android fps large maps, Objective based, vehicles and aircraft, skill based, no silly guns or armors. Even if it's 10k I'll pay for it

gameplay is what is needed, like I said, look at mc5 better graphics than mc4 and mc3 but they're still better than it and have pretty good graphics. u needn't force console quality graphics on mobile. long as good graphics is there, get wonderful gameplay
besides even with console quality graphics, these games can be optimized for better performance
