Government should also buy some sophisticated guns for our soldiers,i always feels like crying any time i see our soldiers carrying AK 47 in 2016

I see genuine care in your post but it would appear you have little knowledge of the subject.
AK47 and its variants are among the best assault rifles available.

Asin ehn, it always breaks my heart seeing our soldiers brandishing AK 47 in this age. Even if we want to stick with Kalashnikovs, there're newer variants that are far better and more effective than 47s.

ak47 is the best assault riffle ever made..

All other assault riffles were built around ak47. including the M series.

Do a research. Don't let designs fool you.

you know nothing about guns ... AK-47s have been driven over by tanks, filled with mud and water, abused to where they're covered with rust, AND THEY STILL WORK. They require very little cleaning too. No weapon has ever caused more death. They'll be around when all of us are long dead. If any weapon deserves to be known as the best weapon in the world, let alone best assault rifle, it is the AK47

Like someone said, the Ak47 and it's variants are one of the best but not the best. There are better and more sophisticated assault weapons out there. Google and see them.

The Ak47 are made in mass production so it can easily be accessed compared to a famas.

Use google my people.
Re: Ground Vehicle Acquired By The Nigerian Army From The UK by misgab: 10:54am On Dec 06, 2016
what is sophisticated about the vehicle, for God's sake this is supposed to be for the military. All those exposed armored cables can be shot at by a good marksman or sniper which in turn will disable the vehicle. As i have always canvassed our local craftsmen and engineers will do a better job.

If the government knows what it is doing
They should give that vehicle to innoson to reverse engineer and give them copies for the fraction of the price.

You guys are talking about gun as if it is a plate of eba, egusi and N20 meat. So long as the name is "Gun", it definitely kills human beings. May you never be in a position where you will use money for food and development to buy equipment for death and destruction.
