OP! don't listen to what they are saying here. You can get different phones for that range. I bought my current phone ( zero diamond plus x70) N25K here in GSM VILLAGE Abuja.

You can still buy Techno w3 and Almighty itel 1516plus with DAT range. Don't sit down and be asking for Phone prices.
Go to computer Village if you r in lagos, gsm village abuja and for itel phones visit any H3 hub store in ur state.
NB: shine ur eyes if U visit computer village or gsm village 'cos those guys can sell a refurbished phone for U as new.
