With 25k, u can buy a 2G RAM phone on Aliexpress. Make sure that u read the feedback well. There are cheap and good phones there. Free shipping and delivery would be around 3weeks.
Are you really sure? With this dollar exchange rate hitting the roof, getting a 2gig ram phone on aliexpress would be impossible for 25k.

Go to market and ask for Hotwav Venus X1,X2,X3 etc. The phones are fantastic, large screen5.5 , android 5.1, 1gb ram and 8gb rom. 5mp and 2mp back and front camera. Ranged from 20k to 24k. Battery is 3500mAh.

Is this what you call clear picture?. Picture quality is very low. It looks like all those olden days camera pics. The only thing remaining is for it to have date and time written on the screen.

Ibadanregarding the camera it has a software issue and I am not prepared to do that because I spent a lot of money unlocking the phone when it came from US. Once I upgraded it to Os 5 the camera became blurry, still works but blurry and can be done with probably 1500.i'll be honest with u, nothing is wrong with the phone.08113947050.
