I just corrected the post. It can be the most expensive Estate but not the most expensive area. Abuja got some crazy areas that are more expensive. I was shocked when I got to some places. Every build in the area was a mansion and the price of acquiring a plot of land is over 300 million and most are more than a plot. Houses there are in billions of Naira.

No o, gwarimpa ke. Some rich men are there but majority are average Nigerians. I have many friends there and I go there well.
