1. The bonus is frozen for a month after the PH-request is created.
2. The bonus will be granted only for “new” money. It means, if you created a request to get help after December 7 and later you provided help for the amount you withdrew, you will not get the bonus.
3. You should not create a request to get help until the bonus is unfrozen (this will be after one month of providing help). Otherwise, the bonus will disappear.

pls explain the number 2 for me better..... am confuse

I added another bank account details to my existing one using they ADD button before providing help to whom I was matched to pay. I now have two account details in my ACCOUNT page with different banks but same account name. Eg. Zenith and First banks but one account name. Have I breached any rule?

I have changed my bank twice... I wasn't placed in any moratorium...

Hello houz, I PH to a village lady whom was registered, and the problem is that she doesn't even know how MMM works, she has acknowledged reception of my payment but have been unable to confirm me since yesterday morning even when I made it clear to her that I needed to be confirmed to enable me GH to offset some bills. What should I do cos this lady have gotten me so upset?

Should I say zero computer knowledge and elderly people are a major problem. Try to be soft with the lady, then ask her to meet the person that introduced her to MMM to help verify you. Else you may need to call her on the phone while she logs into her account and direct her. Last resort is upload pop and notify support.

I tend to ask you this one question, those who are matched to pay the other seeing their wil end and they wil be block if they don't pay, they wil fake teller, yet they won't pay thereby holding the person they suppose to pay hostage for days and not still pay, whereby they had block him the person he/She is suppose would have been match to another person who might pay. What can you say, do you it as a complain?

you are correct on your 1st question, it won't affect your normal mavro and yes you will cash out with a wooping 50% on your PH value, ie: 100k in 30days you get 150k. MMM IS THE BEST.

exactly what happened to me on monday, she doesn't know how to confirm me. My order turned to question mark, I write to support no quick response. I have to beg her by bombarding her with calls and text to meet somebody to help her, that chance depend on her b4 she finally met somebody to her which I believed.
Just keep begin her she would do it.

pls can I leave my mavro for 36days. I gh my due mavro on tue but someone uploaded fake pop since wed 7th and later paid Friday 9th. i had another Marvo due on thursday but could not gh because of fake proof. i want to know if I can gh nxt Tuesday 13th

I provided help since on the 13th of last month with Bit coin instead of Other bank and I haven't been merge with anyone since it has been due. Is there anything I can do for it to be merge cos it has over due with the 20$ bonus.

Sorry this makes no sense to me..what if your phone was dead as at time of GH or network is shitty as usual.it should be made to work like an OTP that works until you enter the code,you can't GH and not moratorium after 10mins.

Support /CRO will leave you hanging for ages again trying to sort this out.someone uploaded a fake POP and 5 days now after reporting and uploading statement , no one cares to say a word from support.

Fake POP is the biggest issue on MMM.if tackled promptly,it will reduce effects of other fraudulent activities on the platform.
