The person that took this picture should have snap the upper part of the fence...cos there might be opening at the top and the boy might've fallen in between...a closer look at that fence show that it was built very close to a building or another fence...that boy still some explanation to do...till then we should not start saying ritual this ritual that...

Could be a homeless person or an orphan.
Point is, we should always try to reason things logically before delving into the conclusion that everything is spiritual, or ritually related.
If Ebola had started from Oyo or Ondo, a lot of people would have claimed the bloody vomiting was because the patients were used for rituals.
And I won't be surprised if before tomorrow a mischievous blogger weaves a story in that direction .
