Stop saying nonsense. I spent more than a year in the phillipines where there are few blacks and I had some of the best moments of my life there. It depends on the county tho. Look at Nigeria where blacks are even racist to blacks (Nepotism in the ideal sense) . Qatar is cool but over-rated for hustling. You probably have someone doing well there but the black guys I saw there are the ones serving as cleaners in hotels and airport. Or is that the hustling you r referring to?
