I'm in my first trimester second month or so. and I always feel tired, I mean really tired. I dnt feel like eating anytyn and d morning vomits its like all my intestines r coming out. although agent been to d hospital. I'm in ogbomosho town. besides I've been stooling since yesterday's afternoon.

ok. Went for my antenatal appointment last tuesday nd my bump measured 34weeks and i was 37weeks 6days according to my LMP. doctor ordered a scan, he said maybe it's becos of the baby's position or my fluid has reduced. scan said i was 36weeks pregnant, the heartbeat and amionioic fluid were very ok, infact the doctor said my baby is very active, but the baby's estimated weight was 2.7kg, the doctor said its becos the baby is small thats why i'm measuring behind. the scan gave a new edd of january 6, but my edd is suppose to be dis december. im not worried though, becos i have prayed abt everythn, and i knw my God will not let me down. still shopping for my baby things. pls does anybody knw if cussons range of baby product is good, cos i'm considering to buy it becos of the price.

Thank God so far, it's been going well but av issues wt BF.
- what can one do abt dis inverted nipples tins? B cos sometimes my baby find it difficult to latch. Av bn pumping d brst milk sometimes so in case we find it diff in d midnite, will make use of it
-how long to keep expressed milk outside or in d fridge?
-when do I start using gripe water for baby? Do u mix with water to give baby or directly and wat mwasurement shld b followed?

Try pulling out your nepples with your hands do it like your baby's is sucking at it,this helps a lot! If done consistently.

Expressed milk shouldn't stay beyond 6 hours outside the fridge, 2-3 days in the fridge( best not kept in the fridge door) and can stay 6months in a freezer.

Never gave my son grips water.

You can start now 4-5 months is not advisable. For the headache try staying in a cool darkroom and shut off all sounds! If it persists see your doctor.

Please friends, I'll really appreciate if someone here can recommend a very competent gynaecologist or hospital in Port Harcourt or its environs, which can handle broken down episiotomy. One which has lasted for 5 months and has refused to heal. This is an urgent plea for help as it affects a loved one. Anyone who has gone through such challenge can give suggestions. I actually didn't buy online. I don't trust all these online things anymore. I'd rather feel the material well before I buy. Anyway I got lo's clothes from my mum's friend who came back from the US. She brought loads of baby clothes for sale here at giveaway prices.

I got 2 packs of body suits (its the one that has 5 inside), at 2k each
I also got sleep suits (it has 3 inside) for 2k each

I don't know about F&F though! But I think loveable friends is good

But today alone, it has happened like 6 times! It's very painful, it leaves me groaning in pain and lasts for like 5seconds

Also when it happens, I can't stand straight and I must hold something for support and I also I feel lo move as it happens

Due to some major pains from my CS which has been making me uncomfy, my Dr prescribed diclofenac and diezepam for 3 days. Pls o, are these drugs safe while breastfeeding cos I am giving my 2 week old only BM for now.

You are having contractions. It seems to me that your Lo has engaged.
Try to check your panties for show of any kind.
Labour hasn't been established yet, but it seems well around the corner. It could be tomorrow, next week or two weeks from now

It is not our place really to say when Lo should come or not. God put them there, God determines the time of their arrival too.

You should rest up now. See or call a doctor if you can. Try to relax your mind. HBP is a culprit you want to avoid.

Yes she is on the big side...slightly though 80-90kg. she had two cuts during delivery...first child, and one of the cut has healed but the inner one hasn't. The inner part of the cut remains fresh...with some flesh hanging. One gynaecologist burnt off this hanging flesh 2 months back so the cut could heal properly, and even went ahead to apply silver nitrate but the cut haven't sealed up. The gynaecologist advised it might have to be resutured, but we really want to be sure.

Enque, diclofenac can be used but diazepam is excreted in breastmilk, enough to sedate your baby and make him lethargic. Why is he giving you diazepam?

You can reduce that early morning vomit by eating crackers first thing when you wake up.
Or munch on cold fruits like water melon or orange or just bananas.
Nausea reduces with food in the tummy.
Its okay to take energy drinks when you feel tired. Just sip at intervals.

Wasn't she constantly monitored?
Why dont you insist on seeing the Chief Consulyant?
I can only imagine the pain she is going through right now.
