What Is The Future Political Relevance Of Amaechi And Fashola Post Buhari? by APCHaram: 6:05pm On Dec 12, 2016
Amaechi and fashola are alike in so many ways. Both governed 2 of the richest state in Nigeria badly and left a legacy of corruption in their wake. Both were jostling for VP slot under the Buhari administration and lost out only to be compensated with "super minister" portfolios. But by far the most striking similarities between these two men is their strikingly lack of political relevance in both their states and regions.

For a Jagaban there is a Wike looming large in both fashola and Amaechi's home state.
It is thus safe to state these two men can not deliver their respective states singlehandedly on their own to Buhari come 2019.

With the inevitable sack of buhari at the polls come 2019, what does the future portend for Amaechi and Fashola?

Fashola can easily be predicted to go quietly into retirement - a fitting end to a relatively more conservative individual but what of the raucous rabid Amaechi? I don't see him going quietly into the night even if he chooses to grow sense, rather I see Amaechi being hurled from one court to another to face criminal charges for corruption and other sundry violent crimes he has committed against Rivers people.

His wings has been cut off even in his homeland, waiting for his arrest that was summoned by the judiciary. 2016 is so frustrating for Amaechi.

OP am sorry its obvious u are suffering from amnesia..go and see a psychiatrist immediately before u develop full blown dementia.
all this trash u posted about Amaechi is understandable considering d state of ur mental health. Am not in anyway endorsing d financial imprudence under d administration of Amaechi, neither will I call him a saint. Amaechi was simply identified and given d name of a bad dog in other to crucify him. For d information of all who cares to know, Rivers state was relatively peaceful and investment haven under d leadership of Amaechi. Law students in their respective law schools were never denied bursaries and school fees, overseas scholarship to indigenous brilliant students was a yearly norm...I can go on and on to list his legacies which have been destroyed completely by one of the hands that fed fat from him...the kangaroo judiciary panel of inquiries set up by wike only indicted but could not prosecute him, why? Ur guess is as good as mine.

●Both former governors DO NOT enjoy any immunity from prosecution
● Both men have neither been arraigned/convicted for corruption nor other charges
● Wike is a lawyer with a wife who's a Judge. They know that all it takes is for them to approach ANY court in Rivers State with evidence of corruption charges against Amaechi
●The Op will sack Buhari in 2019, using the Wike standard methodology in Rivers State.
● Election is about numbers and the APC just took Ondo from PDP; Ekiti in view. Politicians are decamping to APC. APC hasn't lost any of its states. APC has made inroads in Imo and Rivers States
● I wonder where the OP will get the voters to sack Buhari when his PDP is fast being forgotten and there's no longer Dasuki funds
○ Wake up. It's a bad dream for you
○Amaechi and Fashola are for bigger things. They are the backbone of Buhari political machinery

if Nigerian yooths didn't play politics of stomach, politics of my brother my brother, politics of 500 naira, Rotimi Amaechi would be revered and capable of winning every election in rivers state. if Nigerian yooths cared about merit in service Amaechi would win every election in rivers state. but they say he betrayed his brother who did nothing for them. to many of them if Hitler came to contest under PDP they would vote for him.
