I'm not trying to spoil market for anyone, but I've had enough experience already with jumia stores. embarassed

When you try to get stuffs on jumia, especially electronical items,be careful and get from "jumia first" if they have, because its cheaper and quality (relate with the photo)

Like last two months,i bought a new battery for my uncle's system from another store because "jumia first" didn't have the item, and I later found out that its of less quality even with the late delivery, it was quite sad though. And I've had other experiences too which inspired this post now.

Just take note, especially "electronics" ooh, other stuffs are okay, just that electronic aspect, the other stores(although not ALL) sell fake.

Also, do not, I repeat, do not buy any phone from Jumia that is shipped from overseas. They get faulty within a space of less than a month and Jumia will deny you. I'm talking from experiences, be warned. These Jumia people only want to sell, they don't want to be responsible for after sales services of any kind. They don't even care about how much money you loose for placing your trust in them.

Well, my phone (thl T9 PRO) was shipped from overseas and they actually called me to tell me about no warranty issue and I replied them not to worry. 4th week now, no issue.
