You look for credible data source. Kenya produce and consume more than 10gigawatt hours of electricity as of 2015 - while nigeria that year barely reached 3 gigawatts of hours of electricity.

Try world bank http://data.worldbank.org/indicator/EG.USE.ELEC.KH.PC

No representation of ur claim in that link, and u said indexmu..., is incredible guy u are very funny ok how about this.... https://www.nationmaster.com/country-info/stats/Energy/Electricity/Production and this https://en.w.wikipedia.org/wiki/list-of-countries-by-electricity-production http://www.indexmundi.com/g/r.aspx?t=100&v=79&l=en

Jealous? What the hell, who in his right mind would be jealous over anything in Nigeria? Jealous of a mediocre country, non-existent social amenities, rotten political systems, worlds biggest economical disparity...... Nigeria is just a basket case.
1. Why would a Kenyan exchanging at 100 to a dollar be jealous of a country whose exchange to the dollar is at 450 and cant hold steady.
2. Why would a Kenyan be jealous when his country that cant guarantee free or cheap healthcare in class rated medical facilities
3. Why would a Kenyan be jealous while his own country guarantees his child free primary education, subsidized secondary and free loans on University
4. Why would a Kenyan live 24/7 electricity supply to go to a country that doesn't guarantee stable electricity supply.
5. Why would a Kenyan be jealous when his own country provides clean reliable water and operational sanitation services.

EXACTLY!! If this were Kenya vs Nam or Bots few if any Kenyans would be here. We all learned how fake your stats are from looking at baseline consumption data on a per capita basis. ie oil, cement and GWHRS. You compare with 5th world countries;goddammit!
Also your REAL inflation and exchange rate don't lie. Your 90 trn naira gdp IS ONLY 180 bn $! Those are the facts, hilarious mantras about a 500 bn $ gdp can't change that anymore than chanting schoolkids can stop the rain

That link refers to costs of setting up for startups. The reason why Lagos costs more could be due to factors like inadequate space available or too much demand. I suspect the first is the case.

Actually, for both countries, it's a shame to export badly needed cash - and in foreign exchange - to Europe while our own teams wallow in need. Remember the embarrassing stories of African teams at the recent Olympics

Come on! The Nigerian dude will bring in more foreign exchange to the country by exporting Nigerian players from his own football club and other footfall clubs in Nigeria. Three Nigerians are already beneficiaries of this deal including the Nigerian clubs who got more Euro. grin

Moreover, he will bring more foreign exchange through his betting company, bet9ja. grin

Maybe but Nigeria is still ahead of Kenya in sports if consider holistically. grin

However, the Olympics is not the highest level of achievement in sports because aside the Olympics competition, many sport associations have their own major competitions. For instance, in Football, you have FIFA, CONCACAF, UEFA , CAF etc which are rated highly than the Olympics. this is also obtainable in other sports

It takes much more to sponsor a whole club. And there are rules limiting transfer of players. It's like opening a company in London. You can't just hire Nigerians because you own it. There are laws protecting citizens of that country from such.

Are you sure Bet9ja brings in any foreign exchange. It's jobless naija youth who use the little they have to place bets. I doubt any serious foreign exchange finds it's way into naija if any. So by the crazy guy going to buy a European Team, he'll go to your central bank to convert his bet naija earnings in naira into Euros, the only currency acceptable there.

African club hockey champs
African swimming champs
Golf champs 2014
Etc

Holistically to say the least considering we have no known natural resources.

More proof for doubters or those who think we're haters.

"e same measure, graduates of U.I. with either a first class or second

class upper degree went right into PhD programmes without the qualifying
master’s degree. Again, that is all in the past. How times have changed and
all we are left with are nostalgia and good memories of times gone by. All
are now tarred with the same brush."

From the same guys. By now its boring! In almost every indice you've slipped massively compared to former times or potential. Imo, thats the real story of Naij.

Nigerians have been emigrating to Kenya btw. Which is not bad as long as there are doing the right thing. Kenya is the land of opportunity, actually in Kenya we do not discriminate on people. Kenyan government has been trying to make everyone happy, if they are not employed, government helps set up small businesses. Which is working btw
Nigerians are not the only Africans coming to Kenyans, I saw some article about Afrikaners too. And other Africans come to Kenya too, Somalia to Kenya is like what Mexico is to USA.
Ethiopians, South Sudanese, are other Africans who come to Kenya in hordes, but as long as they are doing non illegal isht Kenya is a cool country

You won't find that European betting company sponsoring a good Nigerian team with that money. The citizens and participants will not be smiling about it. They may invest in a profit making venture, buy an oil block, etc, but sponsorship? only an African company would think like that.
