I use to say my children don't eat but when I saw my sister inlaw feeding her 7months old baby I respected her and told her ,me I can't do This, they eat for two hours. NOT EATING HAS GRADE, I sell baby food I HAVE SEEN, you will cry for the mother.
In my case , I spank my children to eat, as I spank his buctucks he opens his mouth then I feed. We are in Nigeria, in this country we beat,it will not and can never kill the child. No greater love than the love of a Mother. No body loves my children more than me.
My first child is 3years old if you don't flog her at least one strike she will not eat.
WELL FOR MUMMYGWEN let your baby be hungry, when she wakes up don't breastfeed leave her till 9 or 10 am then feed it will be better, then use good MILK so that if she eats even if it's twice she will get enough nutrients. If you where in Ph I would have assisted you. Well done God is your strength.

Gerber rice should not be given at 4months. Look for cow and gate creamy porridge + other 4 months cereal. Heinz has 4months product

1)From the pic she did CS,we all know that CS recovery is no joke.2)she already feels like scrap when she looks at her stomach/that pic everyday and if she is not strong it could lead to post natal depression.
In my case,it's the post natal weight I was in a bad place psychologically,I had see a doctor,constantly remind myself that it's just for a while and am blessed,my babies loves me and are crazy about me even though I gained weight .
In essence if you know her,contact olatebony for her stretchmark sheabutter mixture and gift it to her and let her know she did a fabulous job as a mom.

Aunty Bisoye, abeg no vex for me . I didn't know pregnancy could do that and I admit I was shocked and said Yuck! when I saw it. And I don't even know her. Hubby sent it to me and was asking me if it was possible for pregnancy to do that to a woman. He had seen it on facebook and was shocked as well.

It could be a Fungal infection, Yeast infection. It could be reaction to wipes and diaper. Sudocrem generally should be able to handle antibacterial stuff so maybe it's fungal. "Alefo" and eela" are usually treated as fungal infections (from what I learned here from Yoruba mamas). Look up diaper rash due to yeast infection. If it looks similar, could be it.

there are many ways u can advice her without adding an insult she will appreciate u greatly.

2. Add food colouring
3. give a brush with a chubby handle (like a blush brush), it's even better if it's a short brush
4. Get a brush like this (they sell them in a lot of places like stationary stores and art stores). The fat short brush forces them to put their fingers in Pincer hold, which is what all humans have to know how to do.
5. Put child in bathroom or decide to yourself that you are in the mood to repaint your house walls.

The paint is actually quite pigmented when you make it. Your little artist can eat it.

The only drug I have used for colic and which I refered to in related posts is 'infacol'.

With infacol, I administer it before meals (bottle or breast feeding) and after or if it appears he's experiencing colic.

You can check online for the components of infacol and compare it to collipan. It might actually be similar just different brand name/manufacturer.
