The only thing I've noticed lately is more discharge. Not seen any show of any kind but I've been stooling for 3days now and I have not been checking the tissue cos I didn't think anything of it. I'll be more vigilant. I also noticed last week that when I pee, the pee never seems to end. Like it keeps coming and coming till I get tired of sitting on the toilet. But that has not happened this week.But when I get up and wear my panties, I don't get wet or soaked unless I sneeze or cough too hard then I pee on myself a bit. I also noticed my feet has been swelling a lot lately.

Few days ago after kpekus with dh, my jajaina was peppering me. In fact the kpekus was not enjoyable at all and lately too, my jajaina will be peppering me and will feel heavy.

And I spoke with my doctor yesterday but on another issue entirely

Pls take ur cold water jare. if dem talk again tell dem say ur doctor say it lowers ur body temperature, and that if ur temperature is high it will affect d baby (that one na me form am o). Just so they don't disturb u. That's how one woman was telling me that taking cold water will make my child sweat. I said "Make e sweat". SMH at all these old wives tales.

My dear the matter tire me sef, mine is ice block that I chew even and people will not just mind their business. I can't take water that's not cold no matter the situation and I need to stay hydrated but whenever all these women see me na to dey complain o, how my lo will have catarrh, cold, etc, how I will immediately start shivering and feeling cold after delivery , bla bla bla, dh don't talk tire set but me I just press ignore button o, na only me know how e dey do me and no where in literature has it been proven that cold water is harmful to a pregnant woman or her child, so my dear carry go, but just be caeeful u don't catch cold sha

Lol @comparing notes. I'm 8 weeks and 6 days. I ate every hour in my 5th-6th week. I will just wake up at night and be opening everywhere I keep food. I haven't had a test at that time.

One day after bathing, I was dressing up in front of my sister and she laughed and told me to get a PT done, that I'm pregnant. That evening, I did it and it was positive. Mind you, I've done 2 blood tests that came out negative and hubby and I were "very careful" but I was confirmed pregnant and right now, I'm typing from the hospital.

My morning sickness no be joke, I've not been to work in 3 weeks. I ended up crying yesterday, it was worse for my first and I promised myself not to get pregnant soon but my son is too cute and smart that I don't mind another mini-me. Some people will say July is far but I'm counting down. Max 32weeks more.

Most likely candidiasis. also explains the pain n soreness u have during kpekusing. But u've complained about this b4 na. Haven't u gone to see ur doc? abi it wasn't u? ur doc will prescribe some insertion tablets for u. tho it may recur later cos it's common in pregnancy.

Trust me, you don't want any other symptoms, they are all annoying. Some mamas are lucky enough to have little or no symptoms. Just chill for like a month more then you go for a scan, cuz nothing good ever comes out of those extra early scans. Anytime you find yourself worrying for no good reason, about if the baby is ok, just place your hand on your tummy and speak positive words, usually helps me feel better.

Btw, welcome aboard, what team are you. You are early, seems you would be team captain

welcome home Dazzle. healthy and happy 9months to you. don't panic, jus give it a little time as there's not much the scan can tell u now and the last thing u need is a false report. give it atleast 3 more weeks before you do a scan and for the symptoms disappearing, my breast soreness also disappeared at abt 5weeks and I've not had it again since and I must confess at a point I was wondering if I was still pregnant but because I've had 2 babies previously I had to look for other signs which were pointer to d fact that d baby is still intact. don't worry since u're new the baby is doing fine and growing quietly but trust me d signs will suddenly show up in full force very soon. pls enjoy dis quiet phase while it lasts because u jus myt wake up tomorrow to a roaring nausea and vomiting. enjoy urself and keep us updated so ur team members can identify with u n welcome u properly.
