You are in our prayers @Abbylove. I noticed that they did not call you guys for an interview. Did they? @the group I have always been under the impression that if they don't call or get in contact then that means that they are sufficiently happy with the application. What are your thoughts? We are on working day 34 since biometrics. Christmas is going to suck Abbylove: |
Re: UK Spouse Visa/Appeal Process-part2 by Foreveryours201: 11:01am On Dec 15, 2016 |
Darcy16: No. Not necessarily. Sometimes the reason for refusal is so glaringly obvious that calling you for an interview won't change the decision. It could go either way. |

Darcy16: Justwise can mobilize the troops in the UK, and visit all those still expecting positive results. Christmas need not be boring with a host of visiting nairalanders to feed ............................ |

After exactly 30 days of submission of Tier 4 dependant visa, my wife got her visa today. Vignette expires on 30th December 2016. Thought the Vignette will stay till around mid-January cos ticket is expensive now. Any idea of where I can get cheap tickets to Manchester |

AdimO1: No they don't need to be stamped if they are original. However, if they are copies then yes or if one is missing from the set of originals and replaced by a copy then yes get that particular one stamped and signed confirming it's authenticity from the employer. Don't forget the employment letter too. Make photo copies of your original payslips too. 1 Like |

Hello everyone, @justwise @foreveryours and any other person who is familiar with settlement applications, please for how long do you need to be married before making the application? In my case we have been in the relationship for 3years and 3months, lived together for 1.5yrs (1yr 6montbs), and did marriage registry last week and we intend to make the application in february. Thanks |
